A Legacy of Grace, A Future of Promise

As we celebrate 20 years of ministry together, I reflect with deep gratitude—and in awe—of God’s faithfulness. What began over 25 years ago as a word from the Lord became a step of faith in October 2006. There were just 22 of us. No perfect plan—just a vision from God and the faith to follow. Looking back, we now see what we couldn’t then: God was building something far beyond us.
In Zechariah 4:6, the Lord reminds us: “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit.”
We started small—but God was never small in it.
Over the years, we’ve seen His hand again and again. He brought the right people at the right time and provided for every need—from our first month’s rent to purchasing and expanding our building. Every step has been marked by His faithfulness.
There were moments of uncertainty—but God knew the way.
Seasons that stretched our faith—but God met us there.
Quiet prayers—but powerful answers.
Jesus said: “Ask… seek… knock…” (Matthew 7:7)
That has been our journey—trusting Him and watching Him respond.
As we look ahead, making room for more people and more life change, we are reminded: this is still His church, His vision, and He will continue to provide. We also recognize that God’s faithfulness extends from generation to generation. This season, we are transitioning senior leadership to Pastor Jose and Amanda Rivera in October. This is not a step back, but a step forward into the future God has prepared.
“One generation shall commend your works to another…” (Psalm 145:4)
When I think about these 20 years, one word says it all: “Grace.”
It wasn’t our strength or strategy—it was His grace. And that same grace will carry us forward. Let’s never despise small beginnings—because in God’s hands, they become stories of great glory.
