New Life Church wants to be a blessing, not only to the people who walk in our doors each Sunday, but to our entire community. We do this by serving others and sharing the love of Jesus.
There are many ways to serve others through our Community Outreach team, Helping Hands ministry, and our Celebrate Recovery program.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
The New Life Outreach team strives to be a blessing to the City of Lakewood through partnering with local businesses, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and other organizations by providing them with volunteers for various events they may have throughout the year.

HELPING HANDS
In May 2016, NLC launched the Helping Hands ministry to serve the homeless in the Cleveland area. We partner with St. Malachi’s house in preparing and serving meals and every Saturday we send a team of people to St. Malachi’s with prepared lunches that we serve to 100-120 people.

We also partnered with Laura’s House (City Mission shelter for women) by serving meals every third Sunday of the month, and with Crossroads (City Mission shelter for men) by serving meals every fourth Sunday of the month.
